Welcome to the Serviceo Teams Messenger Mobile (STMM) app—your hub for real-time updates, collaboration, and support across Iron Service Global. Whether you're on-site or remote, the STMM app helps you stay connected with your program managers and support teams, anytime, anywhere.

This guide is for all Iron Service Global Workforce who need to:
Receive official updates

What You’ll Need Before You Start
Make sure you have:
A smartphone (iOS or Android)
A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
Your existing Serviceo platform login credentials
Enough space on your phone to install the app
How to Install the App

For Android Users:
Open the Google Play Store
Search for Serviceo Team
Tap Install
Open the app
Log in using your Serviceo credentials
For iOS Users:
Open the App Store
Search for Serviceo Team
Tap GET to download
Open the app
Log in using your Serviceo credentials
How to Log In
Open the STMM app
Tap “Allow” when asked to enable notifications
Enter your username and password (same as Serviceo Portal, Pro App, or Web App)
You’ll be directed to the Main Dashboard
