This guide is for all Iron Service Global Workforce who need to:

  • Receive official updates

  • Collaborate with teams

  • Manage work-related tasks (e.g., timesheets, expenses)

  • Resolve HR or IT-related queries

What You’ll Need Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • A smartphone (iOS or Android)

  • A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

  • Your existing Serviceo platform login credentials

  • Enough space on your phone to install the app

How to Install the App

App Store View

For Android Users:

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Search for Serviceo Team

  3. Tap Install

  4. Open the app

  5. Log in using your Serviceo credentials

How to Log In

  1. Open the STMM app

  2. Tap “Allow” when asked to enable notifications

  3. Enter your username and password (same as Serviceo Portal, Pro App, or Web App)

  4. You’ll be directed to the Main Dashboard
