How to Use the LMS Console – My Training

Welcome to the LMS Console guide. This article walks you through accessing and managing your training assignments on the Serviceo portal.

Getting Started

1. Log in to the Serviceo App

Follow the instructions on Login to App on how to log in to the Serviceo App.

Navigating to My Training

2. Open the LMS Console

• From the left-hand side (LHS) menu, click on LMS Console.

• Then click on My Training.

Understanding the My Training Dashboard

The dashboard displays your training progress in three sections:

• New Training: Lists newly assigned trainings.

• In Progress Training: Shows training that has started but not yet been completed or cleared.

• Completed Training: Displays the trainings you have successfully finished.

Starting and Completing a Course

3. Begin a Course

• Click Accept to start the training.

• If the training doesn't launch, try clicking on the green band.

4. Navigate Through the Course

• Use the arrow button to move between course sections.

• Complete all content sequentially—each section must be completed to unlock the next.

5. Take the Quiz

• Answer all questions. These may be:

  • Text-based

  • Numerical

  • Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

• Click Submit when you're done.

Viewing Quiz Results

• After submitting, your results will be displayed, including:

  • Your score percentage

  • The passing threshold

  • The duration

  • The number of correct answers

Finishing Up

Once your course is complete:

• Click Submit or Complete to register for completion.

• Your status will update under the Completed Training tab.
