Serviceo uses a secure, invitation-only system to ensure that only vetted vendors and contractors gain access. Authentication supports both email/password and one-time password (OTP) login methods.


🔑 Getting Started

Before using the Serviceo platform, your organization must go through a vetting and registration process. Once approved, you'll receive an invite to join the app.

Discover how vendors are invited and onboarded, as well as how admin users can manage team accounts.

Step-by-step login instructions are available for both email/password and mobile number with a one-time passcode.


👥 Who Can Access the App?

  • Vendors who have been vetted by our Procurement Team.

  • Contractors working under approved vendor organizations.

  • Vendor Admins who can invite and manage team members via the admin dashboard.
