How to Log In to the Serviceo App
Serviceo offers two methods for secure authentication. You can log in using one of the following methods:
Email and Password
One-Time Passcode (OTP) via Mobile Number
Follow the instructions below based on your preferred login method.
Method 1: Log In Using Email and Password
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Serviceo Login Page Go to: https://app.serviceo.me/login
Choose “Log in with Email” On the login screen, click the option to sign in with your email.

Enter Your Email Address Type in your registered work email address.

Enter Your Password Provide your password and click Continue or Log In.

Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled) If 2FA is enabled on your account, you will be prompted to verify your identity using your selected 2FA method (e.g., code sent to your email or authenticator app).
Access Granted Once authenticated, you will be redirected to your Serviceo dashboard.
Method 2: Log In Using a One-Time Passcode (OTP)
This option is ideal if you prefer using your mobile number without needing to manage a password.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Serviceo Login Page Go to: https://app.serviceo.me/login
Choose “Log in with Mobile Number” Click the option to sign in with a mobile number.

Select Your Country Code Use the dropdown to select your country (e.g., +1 for the United States, +91 for India).
Enter Your Mobile Number Input the phone number associated with your Serviceo account.

Request OTP Click Continue or similar to receive a one-time passcode via SMS.
Enter the OTP When the 6-digit passcode arrives, enter it in the verification field.

Access Granted If the code is correct and valid, you will be logged into your account and redirected to the dashboard.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Didn’t receive the OTP? Wait a few seconds and then click Resend Code.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.

Tips for Secure Login
Do not share your one-time password (OTP) or password with anyone.
Always log out from shared or public devices.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for extra protection.
