How to Register for the Serviceo App

Unlike open-access applications, registration for the Serviceo App is by invitation only. This ensures that only vetted and approved vendors and contractors are granted access to the platform.


Registration Process Overview

Serviceo partners only with trusted service providers. Before an account can be created, your company must first complete a vetting process conducted by our Procurement Team.

Step 1: Vetting and Approval

  • Your organization submits details to Service Global's Procurement Team for review.

  • The team verifies your credentials, qualifications, and service capabilities.

  • Once approved, your organization is officially onboarded into the Serviceo ecosystem.

No self-registration is available. Only invited and verified vendors can access the app.


Step 2: Receiving the Invitation

After approval:

  1. An Account Is Created for You The Serviceo team provisions a primary admin account.

  2. You Receive an Email Invitation Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject line: "You’re invited to join Serviceo!"

  3. Complete Registration

    • Click the link in the email.

    • You’ll be prompted to set a password or verify your mobile number, depending on your login method.

    • Once completed, you’ll be directed to your dashboard.


Vendor Admin Access

If you are the primary contact or administrator for your organization, you will have access to the Admin Section in the Serviceo App.

Admin Capabilities:

  • Add or Invite Team Members

  • Assign Roles and Permissions

  • Manage Training and Job Assignments

  • View Activity Logs and Team Performance


Need to Add a New Vendor?

If you’re part of the Serviceo staff or a regional coordinator and want to refer a new vendor:

  • Contact the Procurement Team via your internal channels or submit details to: [email protected]

  • Didn’t receive your invite? Please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at [email protected].

  • Need to update your registration details? Reach out to your vendor admin or submit a request through the Admin Section.
